Western Range identifies product opportunities using marketplace and commercial data, models the commercial economics, negotiates factory-direct supply, and establishes the customer-facing supply price or landed cost, depending on the offer, before presenting the opportunity to a buyer.
Research, model, negotiate, deliver: we analyze marketplace demand signals, competition, pricing and commercial fit, evaluate commercial economics and buyer fit, secure factory supply, MOQ and commercial terms, then manage production, quality control and delivery.
Western Range sources products through its factory network and manages the process from production through delivery. Our team coordinates factory communication, production, quality control, packaging and logistics, so the buyer does not have to manage each part separately. For DDP orders, Western Range provides one quoted landed price to the agreed destination, as set out in the quotation.

Factory and quality control
Quality Control Happens Inside the Factory
Western Range works through its factory network and coordinates production, packaging and labeling. With our team on the ground in Asia, quality control happens during manufacturing—not after the container lands.

Components are checked against the approved specification before production starts.
Functional testing
Each batch is tested, with results recorded and signed off.
Assembly and packing
Done at the plant under our supervision, before the container is sealed.
Delivery
DDP door-to-door is our preferred delivery model.
For DDP orders, you receive one quoted DDP landed price to the agreed destination, as set out in your quotation, before production begins. Western Range coordinates the factory, quality control, logistics and final delivery under the agreed terms. FOB may also be available depending on the product, destination and transaction.
