This is the full process, from choosing a product through delivery. It applies whether you buy from our product line, bring us a product you have specified, or ask us to find products for your business.

Choose a product we already carry. Tell us which products and roughly how many, and we price it delivered.

The process
From research to the final customer shipment.

Research the market
Before a product is offered, we analyze marketplace demand signals, competition, retail pricing and customer reviews, and model the commercial economics.

Select or develop the product
Choose a product currently offered by Western Range, or submit your own product.

Match it with the right factory
We match the product with a manufacturer from our established factory relationships on capability, quality, capacity, and price, and negotiate supply, MOQ and commercial terms.

Confirm the product and economics
Samples, specifications, packaging, and the landed-cost model are validated. Pricing, MOQ, sales channel and destination are confirmed, and commercial terms are set out in the quotation. Typical payment structure: 50% deposit before production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.

Manage manufacturing
Our Asia Operations team manages the factory relationship and production schedule.

Control quality
Inspected inside the factory against the approved sample before shipment.

Prepare the inventory
Packaging, labeling, bundling, and marketplace preparation completed in Asia.

Deliver at a predetermined landed cost
Freight, customs clearance, duties, and DDP delivery to the agreed destination. FOB may also be available depending on the product, destination and transaction.

Warehouse and fulfill orders
Optional U.S. receiving, storage, marketplace replenishment, and individual-order fulfillment.

Launch and advertise
Optional: listings, creative, keyword strategy, Amazon PPC management, and reporting.

Sampling, tooling, and inspection scope vary by project. Where they apply, they are priced in the quotation rather than added later.
Delivery
Where Delivery Fits in the Order
Delivery is settled before production starts: the destination is confirmed, and DDP or FOB terms are agreed where applicable. Production and quality control are then completed, the shipment is coordinated, and customs and duties are handled according to the agreed terms. Final delivery is made to the agreed destination. For DDP orders, Western Range coordinates freight, customs clearance, duties and delivery to the agreed destination under the terms set out in the quotation. Where applicable, the agreed destination may be the buyer’s warehouse, Amazon FBA or another approved commercial location. FOB may also be available depending on the product, destination and transaction.

After quality control, the shipment goes from the factory to the destination agreed in the quotation.
Western Range U.S. fulfillment
Where the order calls for it, inventory is received at a Western Range U.S. warehouse first and shipped on from there as agreed.
