Product research and sourcing
We start with the market, not the factory.
A factory will manufacture almost anything a buyer asks for. That does not mean it should be manufactured. Before inventory is ordered, we look at demand, competition, retail pricing, reviews, costs, advertising requirements, and modeled margin.

Purchasing and production
We source factory-direct and run the order.
Our Asia Operations team selects the manufacturer from approximately 200 established factory relationships, sets the specifications, handles samples and revisions, agrees pricing and production terms, and manages the schedule through to shipment.
Where a product needs capability outside that portfolio, our team qualifies and evaluates new manufacturers rather than handing you a search result.
You deal with Western Range. We deal with the factory.
Quality control
Checked inside the factory before the order ships.
Because our team is in Asia, quality control happens during manufacturing rather than after the container lands. Problems are resolved with the factory while the order is still on the floor.
Incoming materials
Components checked against the approved specification sheets before entering production.
Functional testing
Load and power checks recorded and signed off for each batch.
Assembly and packing
Carried out at the plant under our supervision before the container is sealed.
The scope of inspection for your order is set out in your quotation.
Assembly, packaging, and channel preparation
Ready for the channel it is going into.
Multi-component products are assembled and packed rather than shipped loose. Private-label packaging, labels, and inserts are produced and applied as part of the order.
Orders are consolidated before they leave Asia and prepared for their destination. For Amazon sellers that means cartons labeled, units prepped, and shipments built to plan, so goods arrive at the fulfillment center ready to receive.
Landed cost
Know the landed cost before you order.
A low factory quotation means little if freight, duties, customs, labeling, and delivery consume the margin. For DDP orders, you receive one quoted DDP landed price to the agreed destination, as set out in the quotation, before production begins.

A product is successful when customers buy it. Our advertising team works alongside sourcing, so marketplace data shapes the product, packaging, pricing, and launch plan before manufacturing begins.

Advertising performance varies by product, marketplace, competition and other factors and is not guaranteed. Advertising is optional and is not required to purchase inventory or use Western Range’s product-supply services.
